I used the Dremel with the cutoff wheel for this job, starting with the aluminum foot shell.

Make that several cutoff wheels, but they finished the job, with help from a hacksaw blade on the corners.

Compared to the foot shells, the Dremel went through the PVC battery boxes like a hot knife through butter.


And done.

This all means that I've been procrastinating on making the motors fit, but I can't stall much longer.
