Cut Down Boom, Anchor Bolts for Droid Lift

I got very little done tonight on the droid lift.

I cut the boom down, so that when the droid hangs off the end of it, it won't hit the side of the car as it swings in. I won't really know if I nailed the length until I can position the droid under it.



I also cut down the anchor bolts.



I found that by rotating the crossbar on the floor and locking it in place, the bolts lock onto the floor anchors tightly.
