I needed to drill a pair of 3/8"-diameter holes in the boom.
A pair of 3/8" bolts holds the pulleys in place. The winch cable is guided along the pulley groove, and eventually, down to the droid.
Just a few minor things left to do, including wiring up the winch controller, and probably JB Welding and pinning one of the base pipes to its elbow connector.
