Sanded Back of First Resin Half Moon

As was the case with the ankle details, the resin half moons that go on the foot shells need to have the backs sanded.

After about an hour of sanding with 150 grit sand paper, I had a big pile of resin dust (which should not be breathed in), and one half moon done.

You can see the difference between an unsanded piece on the left, and the sanded one on the right, where the resin rests on the wood.

I hope to make progress on the other three during the week.
