Strain Relief for Power Wires for Dome Speed Controller on Droid #2

The wires that power the Sabertooth 2x12RC dome speed controller on the electronics panel on droid #2 have a tendency to come loose when I install and remove the panel from the droid body. Today I worked on providing some strain relief to those wires.

I pulled out some scrap aluminum to see what piece might work best. The one on the upper left will do.



I drilled it for #4x1/4" screws



Then I used this piece as a template for drilling the electronics panel.



Then I tightened the bar down, sandwiching the power wires between the board and the bar.



Now they aren't going to move anywhere under normal use.
