Previous resin utility arms that I've ordered did not have pivot point pre-drilled out, but this time they did. And unfortunately, the pivot point is a bit wider in diameter than the diameter that my droid accommodates. The blue utility arms use a 3/16" pivot rod. The pivot point for the new arms is about 1/4" in diameter.
I decided to fill the pivot points with JB Weld. I got the bright idea to try injecting the JB Weld with a syringe. That should work, right?
Well, it looks like it worked to me. I'll let these dry overnight.
There's those bubbles I mentioned yesterday. I'll get to those in a little while.
