Wondercon 2015 - Day 1

Today was Day 1 (for me, Day 2 for everyone else) at Wondercon 2015, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim CA. Sixty thousand people were expected to attend, and I'm pretty sure they hit that mark if not more.

No sooner did I unload R2 from the Droidmobile than people started asking for pictures. Sure, go right ahead.



Mike Senna's WALL•E and nearly-completed EVE joined us as well. EVE now blinks and talks!



As usual, Chris Romines confused a convention with an R2LA build day.

Toward the end of the day we went to the photo op area for a group picture with the droids. We also let other people take pics, and they were popular!
