Tonight I was able to resolve the blink rate problem that I noted last night, and finish up my front PSI rework.
With input from Mike Senna and Alan Wolfson, I swapped out the original 10µF capacitors.
In their place went a couple of larger light blue 100µF capacitors.
Now the adjustable potentiometers let me dial in a blink frequency that I like.
The hot spots in the video are not observable in person.
(Hmm... I wonder if I have any events coming up later this month that prompted all this?)
