Later, it was time to drop my droid off at Mike's, in preparation for the drive to Phoenix tomorrow afternoon. There we will join the Arizona builders on Saturday for their gathering. Mike's son, Kurtis, is coming along too.
The cargo? Just me, the boy, two droids, and no questions asked!
My droid will sit in the middle, with Kurtis. It's tied down to the seat anchors with wire.
Mike's droid goes in its usual spot at the back of the van.
Should be hot!

When is Senna gonna cut a hole in the roof of his van so R2's dome can stick out and help him navigate? You guys could end up in San Diego!!!!

You're not kidding. I've seen this guy get lost, and it can be contagious. We each have a GPS receiver, so hopefully we won't wind up in Tijuana or in the Pacific Ocean.
Well, hopefully, more than 2 GPS's you have one good data port for R2 to plug into.
Oh, and if Senna tries the old "turn off R2 and trust the Force" routine, turn the car ignition off. He hasn't mastered that one yet.
