It all kicked off with dinner at a local pizza place. I think over half of those attending the dinner were from out of town. We had Mike Johnson and family from Nevada, Chris James and the Northern California contingent (including Tammy, Johnathan and Grant), Doug Dixon from Florida, and Dennis from Alabama. I myself flew in from a business trip to Boston (I got up at 3:15am EDT/12:15am PDT) to make this one. And yes, I'm tired.
With us locals being outnumbered by the out-of-towners, we didn't do the typical "Westside!" picture. Instead, it's just R2LA VIII!
